CSE Virtual Graduate Student Visit
The University of Michigan looks forward to welcoming prospective PhD students to the Computer Science and Engineering virtual visit event. We are excited to host you for a close look at the research, community, and student life that you can be a part of as a grad student here. Participants will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with faculty, hear about CSE’s exciting research, socialize with current PhD students, and learn about life at U-M from graduate student organizations.
This event will take place March 7 – 9, 2022.

Mentoring, Climate, and DEI One-on-One Chats with Current PhD Students
In addition to the faculty-led discussion on Mentoring, Climate, and DEI, prospective students will have the opportunity to ask questions to current graduate students and hear their perspectives on department climate. Schedule a meeting with a current student one-on-one at your availability throughout the week.
Trivia night with current PhD students
Show off what you know about UM and computer science by competing with current PhD students and other prospective students in a game of trivia! This is a great chance to talk with current students in a casual environment and most importantly, have fun!
