Hi everyone! I’m excited to support you during your undergraduate experience as an alum having graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a Math minor and again in 2016 with a Master’s in Psychology. I love outdoor adventures, spending time with family, and dogs. You may even see a surprise guest when my Golden Retriever, Barry, pops into your virtual appointments. I look forward to getting to know you soon!

I grew up in Waterford, Michigan and I graduated from U-M with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Higher Education. I live in Ann Arbor with my husband Eric and two young sons, and we love to explore all that Ann Arbor has to offer: coffee shops, parks, museums, and restaurants. Some of my favorite Ann Arbor activities are attending Top of the Park in the summer, rooting for Michigan Football in the fall (Go Blue!) and hanging out at my favorite local spot, York, anytime.

Hello! I grew up in a small town outside of Grand Rapids, MI and relocated to the Ann Arbor area for my graduate studies at Eastern Michigan University. I earned a B.A. in Spanish from Grand Valley State University and a M.A. in World Languages with a concentration in Spanish from EMU. I started working at U-M in 2017 and have been an advisor in CSE since May 2020. In my free time, I try to travel as much as possible. I also fill my cup by spending time with family, which includes my two German Shepherds, and friends, reading high-fantasy novels, and trying out new recipes. I look forward to connecting with you in a future advising appointment so that I can get to know you and help you on your journey at U-M.

Hi there! I’m an administrative assistant here in the Undergraduate Advising Office. I am from Dundee, Michigan, and I got both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Spanish at the University of Toledo. I have many hobbies that I rotate through, but I always come back to reading, gaming, and needlecrafts. You will find me on North Campus playing Pokemon Go! on my lunch break, and after work, you’ll find me tending to my three cats or my many plants.

Undergraduate Academic Advisor
Hello! I’m Yili Lin, a passionate student-centered advisor at the CSE Undergraduate Advising Office (UAO). Originally from Taiwan, I came to the United States as an international student and earned a doctoral degree in piano performance. Before my role at the CSE UAO, I had the privilege of guiding and instructing students at Michigan State University and Concordia University. Interacting with students brings me joy, and I am committed to unlocking their full potential. When I’m not immersed in advising, you can often find me indoors, savoring music—both listening and playing. Let’s connect and embark on an exciting journey together here at the University of Michigan!
