Quantum Research Group

An interdisciplinary group of faculty & students studies problems in the theory of quantum information processing. A brief review of the most recent publications will be followed by a presentation on a specific paper or set of papers. All faculty and students are welcome. At the meeting on February 25th, Yaoyun Shi will present the paper "a polynomial-time algorithm for the ground state of one-dimensional
gapped Hamiltonians" by Y. Huang (arXiv:1406.6355).
