Causal Inference: Mathematical Foundations and Methodological Principles

I will describe an approach to causal inference that unifies the potential-outcome and structural equation models (SEM), embraces the best features of both and, as a bonus, enriches our arsenal of tools with new insights and new inferential techniques for the empirical sciences.
