You are invited to see and try exclusive new video games!
22 junior/senior students and recent grads from around the country have spent the last two weeks on North Campus in Sid Meier's game development boot camp, learning all phases of game design and development and building new games.

The workshop, organized by Prof. John Laird and run by legendary game designer and U-M alum Sid Meier, has featured guest lectures by leading developers from Microsoft, EA, and Zynga. Come see the future of computer games!
About Sid Meier:
U-M Computer Science alumnus Sid Meier is the developer of Civilization, Railroad Tycoon, Pirates!, and other highly influential, groundbreaking games. Sid is Founder and Director of Creative Development for Firaxis Games and is ranked 2nd in IGN's list of Top 100 Game Creators of All Time. In 2008, Sid received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Game Developer's Conference.
