Student Funding and Entrepreneurial Project Requests

Welcome to the CSE Funding Request page!

The CSE Funding Request Review Committee (CSE FRRC) reviews funding requests at the beginning of each month. Decisions are relayed to requestors by the end of each month.

Many requests are funded by generous donations from our sponsors. When funding is provided in this manner a personalized thank you note with a picture of your group at your event is required. Details about this requirement will be provided in your funding notification.

Students can use the form below to make requests for project support including materials, travel, etc. In addition, CSE has specific funds set aside to support entrepreneurial student projects.

In addition to the above, a debrief meeting with the CSE FRRC may be requested of funded groups. The department will reach out if this is the case.

CSE funding is limited to once per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) per group/person.

*Student funds for this fiscal year have been exhausted. The funding request form will reopen next fiscal year.*

NOTE: CSE’s DEI Committee offers additional funds for student organizations to support initiatives or programs that improve climate within Engineering. This document has more information.
